Wildlife photography is not just about the image but also about the experience. Nature is all around us, even in large cities. How you experience it is up to you, but you'll need to slow down. Our frantic way of life is completely out of step with the natural world. Wildlife photography demands time, silence, and patience. Sometimes it works out well; most of the time it doesn't. Some of these photos were made inside parks, and some were taken from my balcony in Vancouver. One thing that never changes is my fascination with every animal I have the privilege to observe and photograph.  Multiple locations, Canada
